Tyldesley Distribution Services Ltd. is a family-owned and managed company with more than 35 years experience of working in the transport industry.

Our founding Ethics and principles still hold strong today, we pride ourselves on identifying our customers’ requirements and meeting or exceeding them by providing bespoke solutions. We always aim to provide an efficient and competitive service and maintain a modern fleet.

Reducing our Carbon Footprint

At TDS Ltd we understand the importance of becoming ECO friendly and reducing emissions. To this end we have been working very hard as an organisation to streamline our systems and investing in technology which has enabled us to develop paperless systems for our deliveries and job allocation.

Our traffic operators are constantly looking at the route planning to ensure that it is as efficient as it can be and accepting return loads wherever possible, therefore, reducing carbon emissions.

Our regular servicing and on-site maintenance programs ensure that our vehicles are maintained and running as economically as they can be. On top of this we use wash facilities that use recycled water.

We have a program, replacing our fleet with the newest vehicles with the most up to date technology meeting government targets.  

Our warehousing facility has a recycling program for all waste products, together with maintaining and recycling pallets we are able to keep waste to a minimum.
